The beginnings
The Gaye Saint-Cosme estate grew out of the meeting between a family and a piece of land it never left again. What began as a few rows of hand-worked vines became, over the decades, a whole property devoted to a single gesture: respecting the land so that it gives its best.
Years of work
Every generation left its mark: the planting of the first plots, the building of the cellar, the gradual shift towards practices that are kinder to living soil. Nothing was done quickly. Everything was done with care.
Today
The estate is still family-run. We welcome visitors, we share a craft, and we keep writing a story measured in seasons rather than years.
“You do not inherit land; you borrow it from those who come after.”
